I believe that Highland Park Healthcare is an absolutely wonderful place. The people that I have had contact with are absolutely overwhelming and sincere in taking care of the residents. My only problem with the facility is the infestation of the cockroaches to the degree that I am having a new sign made up for the front entrance into the facility. I plan on re-naming it the "Roach Motel". This complaint was originally issued weeks ago and nothing was done, to the point that I even sent a letter to Nabil(Administrator) with a note that said "See me" taped to a Ziplock bag with a coach roach. Please let me know if you will be handling this situation to make this place more livable for human beings and NOT insects! Sincerely yours, John P. McCarley, PHD

Hi,
We would like to thank everyone at Highland Park Rehabilitation facility for the excellent care they give to our Dad who has been here for a little over 1 year now. It starts as soon as you arrive and are greeted at the front desk by Teresa or Elizabeth, they are both very welcoming and helpful, you notice that the culture of care is real and that your loved one will be taken care of as one of their own. Then you get to know the care providers (nurses and supporting staff) and you are reassured that pops will be all right, very professional staff that truly cares. Our family can't imagine having our Dad anywhere else.

Thanks
