This place has no bedside manners, never have diapers for these residents, not clean, no wipes (I have to bring my sisters all the time). If anyone has any pictures or proof feel free to contact me. We are in the middle of a state complaint and congressional. This place needs to be shut down

This place needs to be shut down due to unsanitary conditions. The place is filthy, they put my brother n law in a room with a woman, had extention cords all over the place hanging from the ceiling, bed pans on the floor, no rails on the beds, cinder block walls , floors were not clean, the food they brought him was a slice of bread with cheese and crumbled up ham that was dried out. Knats were flying all over his bed they come in and hung a bug catcher above his bed. The parking lot had pallets to block the wholes in the parking lot. How is this place still operating under these conditions. Just terrible place to be. We have had him moved to a decent facility.

I was delivering a meal to a patient there and I can not believe that this place is allowed to stay open. I would never have one have my family members stay at that facility or myself. It is falling apart and the smell will make you throw up. Please think twice before letting one of your loved ones stay there. Just my personal opinion and observation of the facility. 😞
