I have had a very positive experience living here the past 5 years. The staff are caring, respectful, and always willing to help when needed. They treat residents with kindness and make us feel valued and comfortable. The facility provides a safe environment. I enjoy the activities and opportunities to socialize with other residents. The nursing and support staff work hard to ensure everyone's needs are met, and I appreciate their dedication. I am not only grateful for the care and attention I receive I am also grateful for Ms. Fay. I would highly recommend this nursing home to others looking for quality long-term care.

Staff is conscientious, caring and do what they say they are going to do. They get your medications to you timely. Generally just sweet people. I really like the nurses Debbie, Jennifer, Kim and Leslie. The c n a John is really good! I am a former nurse and the nurses here are top of their game.

Horrible facility please don't send your loved ones here if you care about them.if I could leave 0 stars I would. My mother was given a pair of kitchen tongs to wipe herself with because the staff didn't want to do their jobs. They even had a problem with her using a wheelchair after signing release forms to leave the facility. The staff was very rude , unthoughtful and unprofessional; especially the director of nursing Angela Adams who is one of the administrative staff refused to let me push my mother out of the facility, insisting that she do it herself as if we would steal the wheelchair. At this facility your loved ones will be no more than the paycheck and another number to the staff and employees. She was paid more attention upon leaving then she was when staying at the facility.

The staff here is absolutely amazing from the cna's nurses, physical therapy, nurse practitioner, social worker, and kitchen workers. My significant other was very nervous in going there to recover. They engage very well with their residents by being very knowledgeable in their profession and don't mind informing the resident and the resident's family about their progress and health. The staff was very welcoming, caring and treated our family like their own family. It made him feel comfortable in staying there along with all the prayers from them, family, and friends. It was a great experience for us and recommend anyone to this skilled nursing facility.

This place is disgusting. My daughter was in here for 10 days and never once did they have housekeeping services. Everyday I went in and had to clean her room of used cups, etc. The food was disgustingly unappetizing and they wondered why she wasn’t eating. I wouldn’t have eaten that crap they called food either. In addition, she had an accident and peed the bed one night and never changed the sheets. The just put a pad under her. I had to insist they change the sheets. I was the only one who bathed her and since the shower in her room didn’t work we had to use the public shower room. On the last day she was there they still hadn’t cleaned that shower. Again, disgusting. I don’t see how anyone could give this place even a 1 star rating much less a 5. Also due to the mishandling of her narcotic meds I will be putting in a formal complaint to the state licensing board.
