I received excellent care while in rehab. The OT and PT therapists were wonderful and the nurses and CNAs were so helpful. In my particular situation, I was totally impressed by the wound care nurses, Stephanie and Leslie. They came to change the dressings everyday, which was way better than the hospital had been. They were not only experts at the wound care, but they talked to me about the situation and possible treatments, as well as cheering me up! The protocol they recommended at the beginning is exactly what took place 2 weeks later and it worked! I really connected to a lot of the staff and feel like I made some new friends. When my walking improves, I plan to visit.

Love this place. My mother and law enjoys this place so much. And the workers treat her with kindness, and respectfulness. This is also like a resort. Everything is decorated so well and every room has a living room, kitchenette, and a comfortable bed. And don’t forget about the 2 $500 TVs that each room has.

My husband was in rehab for about six weeks for physical and speech therapy. The staff was excellent and always friendly. If I had questions or concerns they promptly responded. The facility was awesome and well maintained. His day nurse and cna were very attentive. He was in another facility prior to this one and the comparison is night and day.

My sister in law is there and is very active there. She has really thrived since moving to Cypress Point. The activities have really helped her, and she loves to get out of her room and enjoy all the special guest they have, participating in the art competitions, chatting with her friends and listening to the musical guest. She especially enjoys the movie theater and attending church in the chapel. She loves all the celebrations they have along with the parties. Cypress makes living there feel like everyday life and they encourage them to get out and participate. She enjoys the food! Cypress Point is not just another nursing home it is their home.

Cypress Point Nursing & Rehabilitation Staff is amazing. They genuinely care about my mother. The staff calls weekly with positive updates. My mother enjoys the staff and their attentive service. The facility is clean and smells wonderful. The staff is always asking is there anything else we can do to make you and your loved ones feel comfortable. I've never seen customer service at its finest. If you want to make sure your loved ones are properly taken care of, please give Cypress Point a chance!! They are the best and they go above and beyond the call of duty for residents and family.
