Heritage Communities is a Christian active adult community in Fort Mill, South Carolina, exclusively for residents 55 and older. The community centers on spiritual growth, fellowship, and purposeful living within the context of MorningStar Ministries.

The community offers one- and two-bedroom residences with maintenance-free living arrangements. Residents have options to Life Lease units (building equity with full community privileges), rent on an annual basis, or participate in a Sponsorship Program where units can be purchased for future occupancy while generating rental income. All residences feature well-appointed interiors with views overlooking lawns, trees, and manicured courtyards.

Residents engage in a broad range of ministries and activities designed to discover and develop gifts in areas such as art, teaching, writing, and community service. The community emphasizes continuous learning and spiritual development through educational opportunities, on-campus ministries, and off-campus community involvement. Programming allows residents to stay as involved or as relaxed as they prefer.
