My son has been having therapy with Heritage home health for many years. I had been very happy with their program. Then without notice they drop him. I called and was unable to speak withone, until I received a phone called from the nurse saying he was being discharged. I felf after the years of being a loyal customer we should have been informed. Beware you may be dropped with out notice. Its the company and not the therapists that are the problem.

This is the first time I have EVER had to use a Home Health Care nurse after one of my surgeries. My nurse, Renee’ out of the Maumee office, was WONDERFUL! 💜 She addressed all my needs in a caring, gentle manner. Renee’ was thorough, kind, and made me feel COMPLETELY comfortable. On a scale of 1 - 10, Renee’ DESERVES a 10❣️❣️❣️ I pray I can have Renee’ for ALL my home health care needs in the future❣️❣️✝️💕🙏
