I think the name “Helping Hands” may negate the intended purpose of the business’ name. Please research these people before you let them handle your loved ones’ estate. Moving in hastily and encouraging garage sale crowds is fun for others, but not for the ones grieving. Name seems misleading.

This company sends people that don’t have a good fit with the client and gets upset when you tel them. They don’t have enough staff if something goes wrong. When you tell them that they had agreed to come themselves if staff is not available they did not. Client’s plan of care was only done by the person that the client sent to them and never by the folks they sent. Those people slept, stayed on the phone with their friends or business, disrespected the homeowner, begged for food that the client didn’t eat and dropped pills on floor and never picked it up. Complaints were made of theft and property destruction and nothing was done. Plan of care was totally ignored and client was also ignored. Maybe one or two played bingo and that is all they did. They all said the dementia patient refused to bathe so they did nothing else. Excuse me? They use the clients time to write their timesheet. I would not recommend this company. They are not professional and for the past two and a half weeks they have not sent any staff to work. IRRESPONSIBLE!

Beyond rude unprofessional they do not care for the patients they do enough to get a check from the state the treatment of employees are horrible they should be shut down
