I have worked for several home care companies and Assisting Hands of Central Milwaukee is a step above the rest. The management team is so helpful and communicative. They care very much about the well being of both their clients and their staff.

They're horrible, while care giver was present for the 2nd day. She was late for work, and in a state of panic for being late. She stated she driven on two flat tires, I became fearful and started shaking my head in no mode, I lost consciousness,I was moved from living room chair. I somehow ended up in bathroom where it was alleged I fell and hit my head in my bathroom, I was taken unconscious by ambulance to hospital for treatment "STICHES" upon returning home. My bathroom looked like a crime scene so much blood was on the floor. The care worker reported it to this company, she also took pictures of the bloody bathroom and, showed them to others, when I the patient asked for my records, reports and the bloody pictures. I was bluntly denied.

This company is one of the best. They truly care about their caregivers & clients. They show so much love & support for their clients & caregivers. They know every face that walks in the door & never fail to make you feel welcomed & supported. Love this Company! The office staff on Greenfield Ave are wonderful and very helpful. I love my clients and even though at times it can be a challenge it's very rewarding. Thank you Assisting Hands!
