My grandmother stayed here for a couple of months before she passed, Justine was absolutely wonderful with my family and treated us very well. Highly recommend this for your loved ones!

My person lives in the assisted living side. Advanced dementia. They brought her to the hospital by ambulance and left her alone in the waiting room with no paperwork, no medication, no information about what happened. I have no idea when she last ate, no list of medications. Thankfully someone called to let me sibling know she was being transported but that was it. No idea how long she sat in the waiting room. They took blood from her finger, which I suppose is good but she has no capacity to consent to anything. This is not the first time she has been hospitalized with no paperwork, the hospital trying in vain to get medication lists and records outside of business hours with no response. Unbelievable. Totally understaffed. We could take someone out of there without anyone even noticing. I wish we could get her out of here.

I have been a resident here at St Anne's for a few months and am delighted to say that this place is clean, staff are very dedicated and mature. I can only feel peaceful here. The chapel which is large is in the middle of it all. It is quiet here and you are allowed to join in many different activities. There are services for the soul and several non denominational services here at St Anne's. The rooms are larger than I have seen at most facilities and I don't see many negatives. The food is good to me and better at least than where I was. I think with food wherever you go or stay is always at a subject of personal experience and won't please everyone as we all come from different backgrounds. I feel that this place does their best to accommodate. Come on by for a tour you will be amazed at the peace I feel here

The only reason I give St.Anne's 3 star is because they should have a better food menu for the patients that's on a non dairy diet. The they have is garbage
