I've had the pleasure of working with the team at Luther Manor while searching for a new home for one of my clients, and I can't say enough about Deb Bayee. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Deb proactively brought in their Medicaid specialist to make sure my client had a step-by-step plan for maintaining her coverage after the sale of her home. I'm also particularly impressed with the low turnover at this community. It says a lot about the work environment when staff sticks around as long as these folks have, and that kind of stability has a way of bleeding into the living environment, too. I look forward to continuing to work with this wonderful team!

My Mother has been living in The Terraces for one year and my family and I are very pleased with the accommodations, activities and staff. The Director, Kathi B and her associate Linda are very accessible and always take time to talk when needed and make suggestions as needed as we navigate through this new phase for Mom. I spent several nights in the Guest Suite and found all staff to be caring and considerate at all times. It also happens to be a great value~! I highly recommend Luther Manor's Independent Living Center.

We transitioned our loved one from rehabilitation to assisted living a few weeks ago. The assisted living staff have all been great and extremely helpful. They are easily accessible and quick to answer any questions. The facility is very clean compared to other places we toured. Our loved one is adjusting well and we are grateful.

Well I heard it’s not like it used to be and now I understand and see why. I visits my loved one there multiple times and the service is horrible. The staff gets upset if you call and need their assistance to help the patient. When they do finally come, they have attitude and doesn’t want to do the job. When I be there visiting, It be hours before anyone come and check on my love one . My love one will call because they needs assistance to the bathroom. They will not show up right away!!!!!!!!!!! The food looks old and my loved one had hair in the food. So we do bring our love one food. what they bring out for the patient to eat I wouldnt let my dog eat it. We all hate that our love one has to be there. We don’t like going there too much seeing our loved one in that predicament. The Rehab unit is nasty and the room is nasty, garbage filled up and they don’t care. This is so sad

My review is based solely upon taking a tour and working with admissions, as we decided to go another route. We worked with a woman named Natalie. She was very patient, intelligent, and answered all our questions. She showed us the entire assisted living space, and we never felt rushed. Thanks, Natalie!
