Short staffed. Therapy is good and a few good staff but otherwise my mom did not have a good experience there and I would not recommend anyone going there. My mom would put on her light and would sit forlong period of time in her wet depends, was verbally abused, and was sent home sick with blood clot in her right leg and severe pneumonia. I would call there all the time and no one answered the phones. The place was like a ghost town only one nurse for whole floor most times. Please if you love your family do not send them there

I wish I could give 0 stars! I went to visit my sister in law and it was call bells going off like crazy and my SIL was waiting for a pain pill for an hour ! She said it is only 2 assistants for almost 30 patients and one nurse a shift. When the nurse came she looked like a zombie . No offense to her. The nurses & assistants are nice (some) but are clearly overworked. There is no way proper care is being given. Hello? Where is management? Overworking your staff is not the way to go. The staff were very attentive and friendly, the wait times are long and food looks gross. The rooms are outdated and feel like you went back in time to the 70s but it was signage for a new receptionist area.. go figure! How about hire more staff instead of packing the place up to mistreat people! It is clearly about money here and not patient care. Overall a very depressing place , clearly needs new management that cares about the patients and staff taking care of them instead of remodeling places that has NOTHING to do with patient care. I have worked at some pretty bad places (retired RN), so I have seen just about everything and this is one place to avoid! I will be glad when her rehab is up, first ticket out!

This place is absolutely horrible , they should be closed down for how they treat people at this rehab facility. My grandmother was sent there to get better and they neglected her and treated her terribly . They didn’t change her catheter and let it over flow and yelled at her for it . She smelt horrific when we would go up there due to the fact they were NOT cleaning her up nor giving her a shower . One of the workers were mocking a poor woman who was yelling “help” They would repeat what she was saying. We took my grandmother out of there as soon as possible my grandmother told me she was scared of these people and someone pushed her onto her bed . These people should not be employed nor should this place be open . They almost refused to let us take her out of there when paramedics showed up to take her back to the hospital. The workers said we would have to wait for her release papers and weren’t allowed to take her yet . This place should be shut down . Don’t send your loved ones here .

terrible place aweful. I would have never allowed my mom to go there. my mom was there for over a month. her hair was never washed. I doubt they even gave her a shower there was never any staff members when u needed them. there were always alarms going off. when you would find someone who worked there they were sitting on there phone. its a shame. ppl who are sent for rehab r there becuz they need help.. plus when my mom was supposed to be released. they had no clue. and basically argued with us. we recently got a bill for a absurd amount tried to call the lady of course we got her voicemail. left a voicemail 2 wks ago have yet for her to call back. if u r looking or r in need of a rebate please do not use these one. its terrible.
