At first our experience with this agency and the hands-on staff was pretty good, until the caregiver took advantage of my daughter's financial resources. The staff person presented herself as "Woe is me, Im low on money, Haven't got paid yet" and all her supervisor said was "She knows better" (Obviously not). Too many negative things to post other than Don't Use This Agency"

Help at home is the only company I will choose for in home care. They took care of my Mom for 6 yrs. their caregivers are understanding, talk and listen to the client (and family when necessary), My Mom was very happy with her helpers. This company is the best.
