My mom was at Rittenhouse/Aviva for almost 5 years . The staff was wonderful. Everyone - nurses, aides, housekeeping, social workers, maintenance, and front staff - always treated her with respect and kindness. We were there almost every day and saw compassion and respect given to the residents . Thank you for helping us care for our mother and through the difficult time of saying goodbye.

Great facility. The people are amazing. The facility is very clean. Cindy at the front desk is amazing, always there to help, staying patient through my numerous phone calls. She's a true professional. Tricia was there to help my Mom get acclimated which was a bit of a struggle at first. All the nurses and aides went above and beyond, as well. There was always fun activities to do for the residents. Very caring staff. Highly recommend this facility.
