Don't recommend... different experiences, hugely negative, other family members agreed and have called n complained w zero results, the concern of manipulation and even the family member that interacts w the help has voiced concern and still nothing done.. could list tons more issues but why, if ignored and unresolved!! Be mindful these are elderly family members, who can't hear well or quick to get up and prove the issues they speak of. .. or brushed off as dementia, crazy , etc..

Not ADA compliant. No escalation process for complaints. No manager on duty. All responses from staff about complaints are clearly scripted and repeated, even when they don’t apply to the complaint at hand.
