I would definitely NOT recommend anybody use this company for anything at all. The aide that came to help my aunt stole from her and never did what was asked of her and she rarely showed up. The company never sent a back up. I don’t know where the other offices are but the office I have dealt with is in Canton, Ohio. I couldn’t even get the office to answer our phone calls or return our messages. They truly left my aunt stranded.

Very disappointing company. They have the wrong hours down for my mother, and when the aide didn’t show up there was nobody to answer the phone or return calls. I called the canton office— no return call. I called the Chicago office for calls outside of the office hours (5:30) and made a report but no response.

Don’t recommend. Had a virtual interview at 11:20 no one connected until 11:35 and then he sat there with his microphone off while I was saying “hello” repeatedly. 11:44 came around and he took himself out of the zoom meeting THAT HE WAS NOT IN and sent me new times to schedule. Also the name was Ron walls .

No good at communicating! Barely answers the phone calls from employees and clients! Not consistent! Received three different phone calls about 3 different clients and yet to get either one!!! Forget about phone calls being returned!!!
