Tried this assisted living for my mom for 4 days in December 2025, then the pipes burst & she was displaced. Had not learned of the bed bug infestation until a family member of a resident told me in the elevator as I was moving my mom in!!! Poor communication over the month about my mom’s room, until I went in myself to see! My mom’s belongings (most were still unpacked), were not “covered with a tarp “ as I was told & covered in drywall dust. Ask ALL the questions & read current reviews before moving your loved one in.

This place is a joke. My father is a resident and he has had surgery cancelled twice because of their negligence. Not wthholding required medications before surgery or not providing a medication list for surgery and not answering their phones when the doctor tries to call. This is not the only problem that we have had with this facility.
