I can't say enough about my experience at Heatherwood. I came with my Aunt and Uncle for an impromptu tour to check out the property. We were welcomed by the General Managers who both seemed excited about our visit. One of the managers then took us on our tour. He answered all of our questions with a smile on his face. The property was beautiful! This impromptu tour turned into renting an apartment. We couldn't be happier with our decision to move into this wonderful community.

Heatherwood is great place to live, work, and play. The residents are welcoming and gracious. Staff goes out of their way to attend to the residents needs. Wonderful!

Went to pay deposit for an immediate move in, on last Thursday, In fact, we are told again yes come down . PAID THE DEPOSIT Then was told movein day was Mon., surprised and defensive, the host escorted us out of office and merely said the bed and chair had to moved out by maitenance?? A bed and d chair?. This wasn't immediate anything except to take the money and send us away for 5 more days, last but surely not the least we we were harassed by another host stating move in day was now Tues. ,then he replied give him back his check and leave and never come back,screaming at us threatening to call the Police! For WHAT, TO TAKE OUR MONEY ONLY TO LIE ABOUT THE MOVE IN TIME, THEN SEND US AWAY?? THIS IS DISCRIMMINATION IN ITS UGLIEST FORM,...THE PERSON THAT WAS ACCEPTED, AND WELCOMED BY STAFF NOT PRESENT AT THIS DEFAMATION OF MY FAMILYS CHARACTER, Should beware of their managers bad mouthing them and diminishing your hard work. This is an awful place, money's their only objective and a very specific type of resident...dont let the glitz fool you, they like the color green most of all..
