Super clean and neat place, stuff extremely nice to the patients. It was really pleasant visit. Not mentioning free fresh baked cookies and drinks. It was really rare experience of truly nice workers and beautiful facility

My mom is getting great care at Heath Village re hab as usual after a hospital visit. She goes for PT twice a day and the staff are all friendly and professional and they seem to be very patient with her. My mom enjoys the food and all the activities offered. The staff is excellent and the facility is very clean . I highly recommend it!

It was an amazing visit a very beautiful facility very modern very clean very cordial staff. Excellent service my grandmother seems very pleased and she’s recovering amazingly because of the facility she’s in. I truly believe that she was at another facility before this, and she was starting to get worse, but since she came to Heath Village she has recovered immensely. Thank you so much for all you’ve done!

Heath Village Meadows is apparently a wonderful place for rehab. The person I visited had glowing things to say. I was impressed by the overall appearance and feel of the place: spacious, bright, clean, cheerful. As a visitor I had to take off one star. As you drive up and around, I didn’t see the word “Visitor” anywhere. Finally I went in through the “Administrative Entrance “ which to me is a different thing. They told me my friend is in Juniper. There is an entrance for Juniper but I didn’t know to use it for my first visit. There was no parking for the Admin entrance so I left my car a the driveway. Apparently that is commonplace and OK My second visit will be smooth, I’m sure

My brother-in-law is under your care at Heath village. We are all very pleased with the progress that he has made. All of your employees are very knowledgeable and friendly and are very attentive to his needs. Because of your assistance, he has made a remarkable comeback and I know he is looking forward to his discharge date and coming home. My whole family thank you for the care you have provided.
