We have Home Care for my mother 5 days a week. I have to give Laura a HUGE thank you for all that she has done for my mom. She is exceptional at her job! My mother loves her and looks forward to spending time with her.

The home health aide, Margaret Antonbre, from Home Instead has been delightful. And with great care meets my mother’s needs for her daily care. She is kind and gentle and continual make sure my mother is safe in her own environment.

The care for my mom by Home Instead is wonderful. The caregivers so far have gone above and beyond the call of duty. Special thanks to Danielle who takes on tasks without being asked. She anticipates what is to be done and takes care of items such as cleaning the home before the issue arises. The care of my mom has been extremely attentive.

We had a wonderful experience with Home Instead. Our caregiver Maryam Farag was kind and very willing to do whatever was asked of her. She helped take care of both our parents 93 and 91. We really appreciate what she did to help us and our parents.

Let me start with the caregivers are great. They were kind and very helpful, however the back office operations are a mess. My mother's care was interrupted by a hospital admission and it took multiple phone calls back and forth to get her caregiver's schedule changed. I would receive multiple calls every day, from different people, regarding the schedule (as if no one was communicating with each other). Once changed, and confirmed, the caregiver did not show when they were due to restart. When dealing with the difficulty of having a loved one needing this type of care, you should not have to deal with these kind of issues.
