I have toured this wonderful facility for my mom. We were thrilled with Tiffany Romain health care Director and her team and leads were amazing and so helpful. The facility is clean and health care concerns are followed up on promptly. This was the best place we visited and will be my mom’s new home. There were no weird smells and just to touch again how clean it was. Also they’d have a top notch memory care program Soar. Great place if a loved one needs top notch care.

Tiffany Romain is a great Healthcare Director and she leads her team with grace, confidence, and a wealth of experience. The facility is always clean and smells great! All health care concerns are followed up on quickly and professionally. Anytime I reach out to Tiffany or her health care team they are quick to respond and take my concerns seriously. Tiffany and her staff take great care of all of their residents and treat them with respect and dignity. The memory care has a great SOAR program that keeps the residents engaged! I highly recommend this facility.

I cannot say enough good things about the Director of Nursing, Tiffany Romain, at Heartis. She shows consistent dedication to providing exceptional care for the residents of her community. Her nursing team is well trained and care about the people they serve.

I’ve been here for five months now, and the support I’ve received from our Executive Director and The Aspenwood Company is the best I’ve experienced in my six years in senior living. Our residents are happy and well taken care of, the staff have exceptional training, the community is kept clean and the amenities are a huge bonus. I’d highly recommend stopping by to experience it for yourself.
