This company is wonderful. I can't say enough about the PT's and OT's. Donna is great and very caring. She went over and above her regular duties. Santa my aid did a great job!! Love her!! Katie was excellent too. Very patient! Sherri j Halpert.

What SUPER service and wonderful people who work there. My Mom broke her shoulder and we were so fortunate to have Bridgette Allen as our Physical Therapist. Bridgette took her time in helping and explaining to my Mom what she was doing and what my Mom needed to do on her own. The therapy went so well that my Mom is back to almost 90% which is more than the 80% that the Dr said. I can't say enough about how GREAT they were and are to work with. Thank you again!

Arthur was awesome and helped me considerably when I had major surgery. He picked up gear that I needed and offered to help in any way. His vast PT experience was super helpful. He was compassionate and caring.

The nurse aide Shannon O’bien and Occupational Therapist Andrea Raphael were fantastic during our rehab. They were professional and thorough in assisting us during the difficult recovery process. Their warm and friendly attitude and willingness to help in any way was amazing. I am grateful for their help and we are giving them a five star review. Unfortunately I could not give the same review to the Rochester office Administrator of HCR as she is inconsiderate and does not care about the condition, progress, and needs of the patient in their ongoing evaluation.To her we give a one star. NEGLECTFUL, UNRELIABLE, AND AWFUL EXPERIENCE HCR Home Care was a disaster for my family. Many aides seemed neglectful—some arrived appearing hungover, one even smelled of alcohol and struggled to function, while others slept in the living room or their cars instead of caring for my bed-bound dad. In my view, their care was far below what he needed. The agency often left us hanging, with aides not showing up for his approved hours, sometimes with late notice or no warning at all, leaving him without support. The director’s actions added to our frustration—911 was called to our home when I saw no emergency (and EMTs didn’t either), my dad’s doctor was contacted repeatedly about issues I’d already handled, and Adult Protective Services got reports I considered unnecessary and unwarranted. It felt to me like a push to move him to a nursing home against our wishes. I ended up firing HCR after this ordeal. I’d warn anyone to think twice before trusting them with a loved one’s care—look elsewhere.
