My Dad is a Resident here. The staff is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! I NEED TO SAY... THERE IS THIS ONE GIRL THAT HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY ABSOLUTELY ABSOLUTELY VERY UNPLEASANT TO MYSELF AND MY SISTER!! THIS GIRL IS SO ABSOLUTELY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! ( VERY VERY) I DO NOT NO WAY WANT THIS GIRL EVER EVER EVER NEAR MY DAD!! EVER!! I DO NOT TRUST THIS GIRL AROUND MY DAD!! I'M LOOKING INTO THE RIGHT PERSON THAT WILL ADDRESS MY SITUATION!! PLEASE!! THESE RESIDENTS DESERVE TO BE TREATED WITH LOVE!! THIS GIRL TOLD MY SISTER AND I (I QUOTE) SHE SAID TO MY SISTER AND I. Poor staffing and service. They don’t answer call lights, use diapers because there is not enough staff to toilet you. Don’t give proper meds on time. Made the mistake of giving them a check for private pay. I didn’t use it, now I can’t get my money back. They won’t even return my many calls.
