I'm at Oxford right now St Luke's hospital sent me the they told me it was a five-star had a gym all kind of stuff we get there nothing is that is there the food I wouldn't even feed it to my dog the nurses forgot about it they'll let you to die places a joke

NEVER GO HERE! This place is terrifying. MGH sent me here because I wasn’t well enough to go home. The elevator was broken, there was a man in a wheelchair being wheeled out by the police and people were detoxing next to people like me who were there for physical rehab. I wouldn’t send anyone to a facility like this - even if you hated them. The EMTs that were transporting me said they wouldn’t feel comfortable leaving me there. I am anaphylactic to fragrances and the nurse yelled at me “What do you expect, nurses not to wear lotion or perfume to work?!!!” Update: This happened 2/27/26 - they can absolutely confirm it. Ask your staff!

My daughter spent 2 months at Oxford for various health conditions. They took very good care of her health needs and scheduled necessary outside appointments. They were responsive to family questions. She was very comfortable at this place, made friends and had social activities she enjoyed.

Out of fear of my review being considered defamation despite having multiple reasons and experiences to point to for issues I wont go into detail as I wish to. Yes, this place has warned us it has mice. Yes, this place had signs warning us of Covid and Flu on the door. Yes, the staff can be hard to tell from patients. Yes, my relative passed here. Yes, I feel they are at fault for various things. Avoid putting your relative or friend here. On a nice note, SOME staff seem capable and nice but I fear it is much better to find an alternative rehab. It is more like a long term care facility than a rehab focused on getting patients back to their life.
