I needed a second job and found homewell care in andover. They got me right in for a interview and I met the owner and the sceduler. Anita and Leanna. They both made me feel very welcomed and I knew this was the place I wanted to work. They go with my schedule I need because I'm a mom full time and I pick up here and there. They are amazing to their clients. Above and beyond. I highly recommend working for this company. Feels like my second home. I worked at places before and if I needed to call out for emergency I would get attitudes. At homewell they really work with you in these situations. If your on the fence about a place for mom or dad I would pick homewell. Leanna goes out and even helps the clients on top of.scheduling

Such a great, family oriented company to work for. I started off as a caregiver almost 2 years ago and then transitioned into the office as the care coordinator/office manager. Benson and Anita are such a great team to work for. Ben is a nice, caring, and understanding boss to work alongside. He is a compassionate and patient leader who genuinely cares about his team. He guides and supports me in a way that helps me grow and succeed in my role . Anita is my backbone in the company.! They have become family and I am so thankful to be about of the Homewell family

Our family has used the caregiver services for a family member since the Fall of 2025. We are deeply grateful for the support services they provided. We had a caregiver arrive each morning, for two hours, and assist with breakfast preparation, medication, showering, shaving, picking out clothes for the day, putting out snacks and planning the dinner meal. It gave us the opportunity to keep our brother at home as he became more able to take on these tasks. Leanna was especially helpful and available to answer questions and provide substitutes when a caregiver couldn’t make the commitment on a particular day. It was a very positive experience for us!

We used HomeWell services for my ailing 87yo mother . Leanna (the client coordinator,) came to meet & evaluate her . Leanna was warm, nurturing & personable with an upbeat demeanor. She matched caregivers to my mother’s personality and the caregivers for my mom are awesome young ladies. The caregivers are reliable, trustworthy , attentive and truly dedicated to their clients . I would highly recommend this company

The employees went above and beyond to ensure comfort, safety, and emotional well-being at all times. They treated our family member with dignity and kindness, and their attention to both physical needs and emotional support made a meaningful difference. Communication was always clear, warm, and respectful. The team kept us well-informed and made us feel confident that our loved one was in capable and caring hands.
