Everyone was professional and helpful. Akex, my PT showed me some very helpful ideas to perform some household tasks with less pain and some exercises to do. My Social Worker was understanding and very supportive with good suggestions. The kind lady that did the evaluations was thorough and helpful. My overall experience was very positive.

The caregivers have been wonderful to my mother. They are very patient for the most part, and understanding. We are happy that she is able to stay in her home. I have had to ask that they make a change in caregivers and the scheduler has been able to make the changes. I just need to know if there is someone new starting. I hope we can continue with the agency.

Tammy and Heather were AMAZING!! They provided absolutely amazing OT and PT home care services. They were both professional, compassionate, supportive, and truly dedicated to helping me recover. They always made me feel comfortable, motivated, and cared for during every visit. Heather brought such kindness and positivity, while Tammy constantly encouraged me and helped me regain my strength and confidence. Their teamwork, patience, and genuine care made such a difference in my recovery journey. I am beyond grateful for everything they have done and highly recommend them to anyone in need of home care therapy services!

I recently had shoulder replacement surgery and received a visit from a nurse OT. and PT within 2 days following my surgery. All staff were very professional, caring and wanted the best outcome for me. I received additional in-home OT services twice a week for 3 weeks from Marlene who was fantastic. I really looked forward to our sessions and felt I made nice gains. I was very impressed by all services I received by Hartford HealthCare at Home.

While recovering from a recent surgery I was visited by a nurse, OT, and 2 different PT over the course of 2weeks. Every visit was conducted in a very thorough and professional manner. Therapists were very personable and informative. Answered any questions or concerns I had and ensured I was correctly performing my rehab exercises. I appreciated their follow up and their genuine concern for my speedy recovery.
