The facility is very clean. Everyone there is very professional very friendly. Each and every staff member says hello how are you? How are you doing? They’re taking very good care of my cousin. He’s in room 74 the first bed his name is Alexa or Mark I visit him quite often and every time I go in there no matter who’s there they’re polite courteous very friendly. Thank you for taking good care of them James.

Staff was pleasant - minimal interaction. The appearance of the halls has improved 4/18- 2nd review You need 3 levels to rate the visit. A nurse was very helpful getting chairs so we didn’t stand for the entire visit but a 78 year old female had to return the chairs to the dining room and to another patient. Maybe have folding chairs available for visitors and stored thru out Touchpoint

Cold food that should be hot. They need to have warming containers. No food choices. The Kitchen is a source of angst. They run out of creamers and other things. You get what they give you. One aide only at night. Poor response time during the night. On the Positive side their Nursing Staff gets 5 stars for their time, caring and willingness to help the residents even in small matters. Their PT and OT personnel also get 5 🌟 for their hard work assisting the residents regain their mobility. They are a joyful group!! Thanks for an interesting experience.

Amy, the supervisor is a sweetheart and is incredibly accommodating. Camryn is about the best nurse I have had in any facility, along with Morgan who is amazing. And Carol is an aid with more love and compassion than anyone could ask for.
