Visited my Muslim Brother and from my point of view the staff were very patient and helpful and it was easy to visit your loved one, I do security so the security system they have I.e. The facial recognition is cool and the parking was easy to find!

[} Sucks...theres no way to contact a relative...if there is no phone available, nor is there anyone at the nurses station to recieve the call and patch the call through to the desired relative...so far...sat 30 mins...waiting on the WELCOME MESSAGE LOOP...for someone to pick up the phone at the nurses station. - I just wanted to wish my mom HAPPY MOTHERS DAY. ---STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO PICK UP!

How can anyone in this day and age be so kind, giving and understanding as the crew at Bloomfield HCC! In my grief from my aunt passing, I received a beautiful card with so many sentiments from the staff. This really touched my heart. Every time I went to see my aunt, I could see that she was well cared for which brought a huge sense of relief to me. I will always remember Bloomfield HCC and will recommend them to everyone as the best place to be.
