The staff at Harper’s Station have repeatedly gone the extra mile to make sure my father was safe and taken care of. He has many health issues and has had several falls. Each time the staff have gone above and beyond to help him and us. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home for senior living.

New management, rude and unhelpful. Actually had my mother sent to the ER by ambulance and didn't even notify us. Basically dumped her there and would not allow her to return. Never answers the phone, even the nurses station and email doesn't work. A friend's grandfather fell from his wheelchair and they never noticed. A visitor called the EMTs and ultimately he passed away at the hospital. Horrible place. Avoid at all costs. I would give them no star if I could.

I have visited clients who have moved to Harper's Station independent living apartments. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff is friendly, and everything is very clean. I've had the opportunity to have lunch there, and the food was very good. One client recently transferred his wife from another memory care facility, and he has been amazed at the improvement she has made in just a few months. He is thrilled that they made the decision to move her to Harper's Station memory care.

Our mother was in the memory care unit at Harpers Station Gainesville for over 1 year. The staff is exceptional and demonstrates the love and respect you hope your loved ones will receive. Miram, Sarah, Leanne and Paul (in addition to all the other care providers) are a God send. The facilities are first class. Our expectations were met and exceeded in most cases. Many thanks to everyone there!

Our mom has been in the memory care unit at Harpers Station Gainesville for almost 1 year. The staff is hands on and very caring. Big shout out to there leader, Miriam, who is the best. As you can imagine, the staff has a very tough job managing all of the residents in memory care, and the folks here are the best!
