I’ve worked with the company for pretty much three years and I can say that Stacey and Mark Harvey are the best bosses I’ve ever worked for they are great people and bosses that will help you out professionally in regards to career advancement and personally in some cases. I like the coworkers I work with in the office and I enjoy working with the clients I serve in the community as well. I’ll end it like this if i had to use the company for services for a family member I would use the company in an instant.

We needed support people to help in the home of my elderly parents. I had heard from friends that First Light was a wonderful place to work with! I am a believer! We had several people come and all were good people. However, we were so blessed to find one in particular that was a perfect fit, Ann! She was always firm yet so kind in helping my father, especailly. He responded so well to her. She also bonded with my mom. My mom felt she was a good friend to her! Ann became such a loved and hard working part of the family that both my parents looked forward to Ann coming!! Unfortunately, my father's conditions required more and more care until he is now in a local nursing home. We had to end our relationship with First Light as the nursing home took over my father's daily care. It was a really hard conversation to have to tell such a wonderful person, Ann, that we had the opportunity to move my dad for more intense care and would no longer need her for the care of my dad! How absolutely lucky the next family will be to have Ann care for their loved ones! THANK YOU for finding us such a wonderful and loved caregiver for my family!!

I have never been more proud to work for a company than First light of Warrenton , Under the worst conditions of Snow and Sleet ,, I had the Best experience to safely get to work today .. !! How many companies will offer the Owner to come to your home , take you to work and pick you up ? Hats off to our owners and Entire Team for going above and beyond , So that Our clients are taken care of . I truly appreciate Working for a company that is good to there employees and there clients ,, As a Health care provider We know our clients and their families are counting on us . It was the Best feeling to walk into my clients house and see her smile of relief , that she would have that reassurance of care to get safely out of bed , a hot meal cooked and her needs met for the day . A little effort goes a long way , A lot of effort brings hope and joy to our Community!! I feel privileged to work for such a caring company,,

About five years ago my wife was told she couldn't drive anymore. I can't drive because I have Macular Degeneration. Pam became our caregiver. She took my wife to the hairdresser and sometimes medical appointments. Doctors said that my wife should use a walker. She didn't want to use it because it made her look old. She had a heavy purse which Pam named Martha and said she needed to ride in the walker because she had no legs. That's how Pam got her to use the walker. My wife adored and respected Pam. My wife passed away in 2024 at which time she became my caregiver. She does my laundry, light housework and takes me to the grocery store, sometimes medical appointments, and the restore where I used to volunteer. She comes two days a week and makes me feel important. Life without her would be much less bearable. She is a blessing to my family and now a part of my family. Having her here is a relief to my family since they are not always able to be here.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Pam. She has been an incredible support—caring, compassionate, and consistently going above and beyond. She treats my loved one with genuine kindness and patience, and it’s clear that she truly cares about the people she works with. What I appreciate most is how she always feels like part of the team. She communicates well, steps in wherever she’s needed, and brings a calm, reassuring presence to even the most challenging days. We’re so grateful for her dedication and the difference she makes. I would highly recommend Pam to anyone looking for a caregiver who leads with heart and professionalism.
