This is a wonderful assisted living community with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The facility is beautifully maintained, and it's clear that the staff genuinely care about each resident's well-being. Karen, the Administrator, goes above and beyond, treating every resident like a member of her own family. The entire team is attentive, compassionate, and responsive, providing excellent care and support. If you're looking for a place where your loved one will be safe, respected, and truly cared for, I highly recommend this Assisted Living Facility. It's reassuring to know your loved one is in such caring hands.

My mother has been living at Spring Oak for several months. The care is loving and top notch and the community is spotless. There are lots of activities for the residents and the residents are truly a community who care about each other. I would not want my mom to be anywhere else.

Subject: Highly Recommend Spring Oak of Warrenton We are incredibly impressed with Spring Oak of Warrenton and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a supportive and enriching environment for their loved ones. From the moment we visited, we felt a warm, welcoming atmosphere and genuine care for residents. The staff at Spring Oak of Warrenton is exceptional. They are not just caregivers; they are family. The facility director, Megan Watkins, will stop at nothing to advocate for her residents. She is backed by the most amazing staff who all had eyes on Mom, especially when she needed it most. Spring Oak of Warrenton provides a well-rounded program of activities; Mom’s favorite being Bingo and encourages everyone to participate in their many offerings, including indoor and outdoor gardening, arts and crafts, music enrichment and so much more. The facility itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We honestly could not ask for more. We wholeheartedly believe that Spring Oak is an excellent choice for seniors seeking a safe, supportive, and enjoyable living experience. We would recommend it without hesitation.

I am a recent amputee with several health challenges, age 70. Independent living became impractical for me in 2022. I sold my house and moved into Spring Oak Senior Living in Warrenton. Spring Oak is not a nursing facility, and it isn't meant for people who need continuous medical attention with on-site doctors. But the services it does provide are extremely helpful for seniors no longer able to live independently. Rooms are well-lit, comfortable, with plenty of electrical outlets. Bathrooms are well-designed to accommodate nearly any disability, including wheelchairs. Meals are provided in a pleasant dining room. Medical technicians are on duty 24/7 and will ensure that all medications are administered as ordered by a doctor. The staff is friendly, helpful, conscientious, and will provide assistance as needed for residents. The campus and building are attractive and located in a quiet neighborhood. A nurse practitioner visits once every week and can adjust prescriptions or recommend consultations with doctors. Occupational and physical therapy services can be obtained on-site from third party providers. Staff will help schedule these services. Spring Oak does not have an exercise and weights room, but it does offer a communal living room with a television, and it does have an activities manager and community activities to entertain residents. I feel fortunate to have the option of living at Spring Oak. I can recommend it to seniors like myself for whom independence is no longer a practical option.
