Lack of communication is my main concern. It’s difficult to contact Manager, Tish. I’m needing to make too many calls to get problems resolved. 2nd time calling to get security refund processed for my sister. 2/20; still waiting for response.

Very clean, residents are always co mingling and appear happy. I am a PT( PHYSICAL THERAPIST) make visits there. I always speak to everyone( the ones out front( usually 4 or 5, I will brighten their day with a story or joke, always we'll received!

Visited a friend that lives there found it a very clean building tenants seem to be happy very nice really impressed considering the age of the building it's actually beautiful inside very inviting and accommodating to tenants of all sorts smokers non-smokers beautiful patio off the community room very nice indeed very impressed

The Oaks is made up of two secure buildings. The main building is a three level facility with key pad entry security, with elevators to each floor, where apartment entry is from a center hallway. Apartments are either 1 BR w/ 1 Bath & 2 BR w/ 1Bath. The other three level building also has key pad entry with elevator. Room access is also from hall. These are all 2 BR W/ 2 bath
