The guard today Sept. 21, at 2:30 pm was not friendly at all. He does not deserve to be at the front desk at all. I signed in , failed to press the apartment no. ,pressed enter but could not go back in the sign in machine. The guard kept on talking confronting me for a simple matter .I was dressed decently as I am a highly educated professional in the medical field. So when I came out to sign out from Apt. 1302, he confronted me again. I told him to pls. be nice to people. This guard needs some sensitivity training on being courteous, helpful & friendly to anyone who visits the residents.

Came to visit my parent, guard in the front was NOT friendly at all, I walked in with a greeting and a smile and this guard appears upset that there's a visitor. The lobby was dim and he looked like he was disturbed from a nap. The elevator and hallways were clean at my parent floor, and the room itself looked like a hotel room which was impressive. All in all it was a descent visit, except for the staff/ guard at the lobby that ruins your first impression at reception. It would benefit management to provide training on customer service. The residents are customers after all!
