I have been living at Harbor Chase Assisted Living in Southlake since May of 2025 following a serious illness and hospital stay. My daughter and son-in law who lived in the area picked Harbor Chase after visiting at least 6 other places. If you come for a visit, you will find Harbor Chase inviting.<br><br>The excellent therapy I received here made me stronger. The caregivers have been attentive to my needs. Diana in housekeeping, has kept my apartment clean. The Life Enrichment Director, Sarai has provided meaningful activities to socialize and has also given me the opportunity to lead residents in craft projects.<br><br>The Executive Chef, Bradley is available for any suggestions related to dining preferences. There are many food options to choose from and the meals are delicious. The community holds regular town hall meetings to get input from residents. The Executive Director Byron, has been accessible to me.<br><br>I am very comfortable and content at Harbor Chase when initially I had reservations about coming to an assisted living community. The staff here at Harbor Chase has been great and I am pleased to consider many staff and residents my friends.<br><br>Fairly soon, I will need to say goodbye to all my friends as my family and I are relocating to Florida. I hope that the experiences that I have there are as positive as what Harbor Chase has provided me in the last year. I would highly recommend Harbor Chase to anyone who needs an assisted living community!

Working with Elizabeth at HarborChase of Southlake has been such a wonderful experience. She is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about the residents and families she serves. She goes above and beyond to make people feel comfortable, informed, and supported during what can often be an emotional transition. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine compassion are evident in every interaction. HarborChase itself is absolutely beautiful and truly one of the top senior living communities available in Southlake. The attention to detail, level of care, and overall environment are exceptional. HarborChase is fortunate to have someone like Elizabeth on their team, and I would absolutely recommend working with her.

My mother has been at harbor chase since September and we are very pleased with the facility or should I say her new home! She has the perfect room for her with a patio to see her flowers and watch the birds and a special visits from deer, ducks and rabbits. I am so thrilled to have a place like this for her. The staff is wonderful and very helpful! I can text them or contact them with anything I need help with and they are always willing to assist. We are so thankful for the peace of mind we have knowing she is well cared for!

My parents have been living at HarborChase of Southlake for 8 months now, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Every visit leaves me feeling relieved and reassured, knowing they’re truly in good hands. From the start, our experience has been wonderful. Elizabeth gave us a fantastic tour and was incredibly kind and attentive to my elderly parents. That care has continued every step of the way. The community is warm and welcoming — you can feel the love and connection throughout the entire place. The food is fantastic, and the events are always thoughtfully organized to keep residents engaged and happy. The staff is simply amazing — kind, professional, and genuinely invested in the well-being of everyone there. HarborChase of Southlake has brought our family peace of mind, and we’re so thankful for the care and community they provide.

It’s a fantastic place. I love it! The people, the music and the outings. The outside yard for mi dog! We have a dog park. I make friends around the place. The workers are helpful and pleasant like a family!
