We have been using BrightStar now for a few weeks and have been extremely happy with the service they provide. Right from the start when I spoke with Samantha on the phone, and she got things rolling. I then spoke with Rhonda, and I didn't have a clear time line for when my mother was being discharged from rehab.. but Rhonda was able to make it all work. Her and Carolyn came to my mom's apartment and did the on-site evaluation... made a few suggestions...and then to my surprise was able to provide a piece of equipment we needed. I have been extremely satisfied with them and their service.

Posted on behalf of an anonymous client: My positive experience with BrightStar Care in Flower Mound started when Rhonda Bedrick visited me in the rehab hospital as we started planning for help at home after my planned discharge. She was engaging, helpful, friendly, and caring – a great first impression. When we were reviewing my home environment, I mentioned that even though my shower has a grab bar, it would be on the wrong side for me to be able to use it during recovery. Rhonda surprised me by showing up out of the blue with a shower chair that would resolve that problem. Awesome! After I moved home, the BrightStar team provided the support I needed whether it was with handling the medical equipment, bathing, food prep in the kitchen, or other assistance around the home. Over the five months they provided help, I was extremely pleased with the care I received from the excellent and professional care givers and also the in-office support when I had questions or there were schedule changes. And Rhonda stayed in touch, as well, to make sure I knew she was available if I had any concerns.

Highly recommend BrightStar. My husband was seen after a knee replacement. Jody was very responsive with the scheduling. The nurse did a great job. Monica the physical therapist was absolutely excellent. She was always on time, compassionate and gave excellent treatment.

God Bless all of you. You were there when I needed someone to lean on and stand by me. Two of my favorite songs. Tears come whenever I sing or hear it. Sometime in life we all need help. I have been a client of Brightstar for a few years and not once have I thought about changing to another provider for my home caregiver services. The owners and the team at Brightstar have never failed to deliver on their promises and they have always “stepped up” when my needs changed or I developed special requirements that often required immediate attention. I’m now trusting the management of my medications, catheter changes/maintenance, and vital signs monitoring to Brightstar’s skilled nursing staff and the results have been excellent. Thank you Brightstar from this 82 year old disabled U.S. Marine Viet Nam Vet.
