Move in and communication is good. So far the one thing that stands out is the staff and how they interact with residents. We have been there at different times and the staff is patient, kind, and respectful of residents who are at different levels of care. It is not a one size fits all facility and that is a plus for residents who are still active and enjoy socializing and activities. Some residents with dementia are in between assisted and memory care as is one of our parents so safe independence is important.
