Definitely a great company I’ve been working with this company for almost 3 months now and have had absolutely no problems and so far everything has been a great experience and I would definitely recommend hand and hand for work and also would recommend for Care

I had a negative experience working here due to communication and scheduling issues. I was written up for missing a client visit that was never assigned to me on the official schedule, despite providing documentation. There were frequent challenges with getting clear and consistent updates from the office, which made it difficult to perform my job effectively. For anyone seeking stable hours and organized management, this may not be the best fit. I believe caregivers can do their best work when the office is structured and communicates clearly, and that was not my experience here.

Don't use these folks. You can't count on them for professional care or aids. owners are so clueless as to how to run an efficient business. Did not cover my family when needed.

Great experience! I felt like I was in good hands. I feel like they meet an important need, especially for alot of spouses whose partner may be deployed and all their friends have crazy work schedules. Alot of laproscopic procedures or even simple surgeries require general anesthesia and/or the patient cannot drive themself. Their help meant that I did not have to reschedule something that turned out to be pretty serious.
