Beautiful place! But when I went a toured the building I couldn’t help but watch one of the workers and she was yelling and being mean to the residents like yelling at them and being disrespectful to other staff and it was not professional at ALL!

My 98-year-old grandmother had her 50th-anniversary ring stolen off her person by staff at Guardian Angel. When the theft was reported, management told us they would 'watch for it,' but there was absolutely no follow-up. It is disgusting how little they cared that their staff stole from a vulnerable senior. If you choose to leave your loved ones in their care, please be warned: remove all jewelry and valuables from them immediately. The staff there cannot be trusted.
