Ryan at Reach Home Care was fantastic, helping us on short notice arrange transport and a day of care for our wheelchair bound dad, so he could attend our mom’s funeral. Ryan was attentive and flexible as we rearranged plans several times over two days, and focused on making sure dad’s needs were met. The care worker (Stuart) was strong, gentle, and compassionate, keeping a close eye on dad during a long and emotional day.
