We had a wonderful nurse but no one was available when we needed the most support. We had to take my parent to the ER to get appropriate comfort care. I highly recommend family members be educated and trained on decubitus ulcers when tending to loved ones at home.

My grandparents had the best care here. My grandmother remarked that the nurses were great and the physical therapist was amazing. Thank you Guardian Angel Home Health!

I have previously used this company for several family members and was very satisfied. So, when it came time to need home health again they were my first choice. My husband was released to home on Thursday, so expected a call on Monday at the latest. Fast forward it is now Tuesday and nothing. So I call them, they inform me that they are unable to take him on because they had a nurse leave and are short staffed. I said and you couldn't call and let us know? Gal on the phone says we called the hospital in Friday to let them know. I asked what time and who did they speak to and they had no answer. So I call the referring agency they call me back and tell me yes I talked to them on Friday, but they said they could take him on as a patient but it would be next week. So long story short short, had I not called to check we would have been in even worse position than we are now. And before you waste your time putting that there are many offices and maybe I got the wrong company and could I remove my negative review, the answer is no. Can you imagine someone that doesn't have someone to advocate for them? Can you imagine, because I can and it makes me sick to my stomach!!!!
