Owner is rude and unprofessional . Staff is unorganized and the unprofessional. Care is mid at best. When caretaker was asked to do something the response was always, that’s not my job. She sat there and watched TV and played in her phone the whole time. Do NOT recommend.

Your staff and caregiver were excellent. Ebony is the best caregiver I have had. She is always on time and never missed a scheduled day. She was attentive to my needs and she has the skills necessary for this job. Should I need help in the future I will ask for Ebony.

We contacted Griswold Home Care over the weekend. Someone called back very quickly and we were able to get assistance with our mother within 24 hrs. We found everyone to be friendly, compassionate, and very helpful. The office contacted us regularly to be sure we were happy with our care givers. Our care givers were excellent at their job and allowed us to have peace of mind that our mother was in good hands. I highly recommend Griswold Home Care.

I have been a patient with Griswold Home Care for several years now and the owner is highly professional and tries very hard to serve the needs of the client, provides excellent care, and provides an appropriate care giver to care for the clients homecare needs of dressing, bathing, cleaning, and running errands. Griswold Home Care does an excellent job!!
