I personally do not avail myself of Griswold Home Care. However, my brother does. My brother is a 69 year old totally blind male who lives alone in Rochester. He utilizes Griswold as his transportation to the bank and any medical appointments. He is very happy in that he can always depend on Griswold to be at his apartment when requested and will take him on time to his various appointments. He never feels stressed that there will be a problem in securing the necessary transportation. He also appreciates that he has the same driver each time so he can be assured that he will be well taken care of.
