If you are looking for compassionate care and a welcoming community in a nursing or rehabilitation center feel confident in choosing Greenfield Rehab for yourself or your loved ones.<br>I am so grateful to have my dad at Greenfield Rehab! They are so attentive to all the residents and treat them like family. They have been so helpful to me with all my questions, and have made this hard decision so much easier. I rest much easier now that I know dad is in such a caring environment where I can trust he gets exceptional care! Love Love Love all the staff!

I was admitted for 24x7 personal cares and rehab in July and resided until close to Thanksgiving. I chose to re-admit in December for two weeks for severe back pain. I was always respected and my concerns were always addressed promptly and appropriately by all staff in all departments. I highly recommend this facility for everyone with needs for care.
