My grandma stayed here, and the care was outstanding. The nurses and staff treated her with such kindness and respect, making her feel right at home. The facility was always clean and welcoming, and the kitchen staff did a wonderful job—she really enjoyed the meals! We were especially grateful for the open communication and the way everyone went above and beyond. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a safe, caring place for their loved one.

My mother was here for some rehab after an inpatient stay. The floor staff was amazing, the meals were excellent, and the therapy staff was tremendous! My mother’s insurance stopped coverage - however as a family we agreed to privately pay for therapy services for an additional 3 weeks! The additional support we received from the Cares Champion did not stop at the one person - but the entire management staff shows they really care! If something happens to my mom again, Green Bay Health Services will be the first facility we call!
