Considering that we pay to literally throw out our trash to live here you would think that this company could pay to fix the grass in the courtyard, pay to fix the flooding in the underground parking and basements, and pay for a maintenance man to come and fix the stuff we so conveniently pay them for EVERY month but NO !!!! I would not recommend this place you can find something better

They disclosed to me before I moved in that they had to treat my apartment for roaches before I could move in. That should have clued me in. They kept having to treat my apartment every few months. The washers and dryers that are advertised are hardly ever in working order. There are only 2 of each for a whole building and in my building there are 25 apartments. You do have to pay extra for using them. It is an old complex. The rooms are small. Storage space is practically non existent. The bathroom is tiny with no cabinets. The shower has no water pressure. The only saving grace is 1 walk in closet and a heated garage to park in. There are people smoking cigarettes and pot inside. You can smell it in the hallways. Its a slum. The neighborhood isn't very good either. The walls and ceiling are thin. You can hear everything. Including everyone in the basement when they use the washer and dryer. Kids run around and are noisy, whether its upstairs, downstairs or in the basement. Doors are left open to the outside so anyone and anything can get in. I should have read the reviews before moving in because the bad ones are real. And when you pay your rent online you are charged ten dollars extra. I cannot think of anything very good to say about this place, especially since new ownership took place.

Don't rent here. We've been here for almost 3 years, and it was okay; cheap rent for a crap apartment, only pay electricity. Then the buildings sold to Enigma Properties out in Milwaukee. Now there's no on-site management anymore, if you call the company it's damn near impossible to get ahold of someone. They raised the rent on us more than what's legally allowed when we renewed our lease (even tried to terminate the one we signed a month before they bought the building to raise our rent). The empty apartments they are renovating are going from $670 to $1,095 month for a two bedroom. Still don't get a washer and dryer, still no dishwasher. They expect you to pay for water and heat on top now too. Just a ridiculous up charge for some paint and floorboards. There's roaches in the summer, mice in the winter, and nothing has been done about it. People smoke weed in their apartments so the hallways reek. I was willing to tolerate all the downsides before cause the rent was cheap, but it's not worth the price anymore. Go rent somewhere else if you can.

This place is actually garbage before they raised the rent and sold off to this new company out of Milwaukee the price was just right for the shitty living situation they put you in but now that it’s 800$ for rent and now you are expected to pay water, Sewage, and garbage which was originally covered by the apartment complex. Now that it’s not I’m personally paying over 850$ a month when I originally was paying 650$ for rent and about 40 for electricity. The living situation is the exact same if not worse I’ve lived here for 4 years now and they still refuse to fix my leaking shower and my electrical problem. I’ve been out of power in two walls in my living room since maybe 8 months into living here. Moral of the story is either pay a high price for garbage and threats of eviction for asking to be treated like a paying customer. Or keep looking for something better this place ain’t it. Also don’t live here and own an expensive car or low to the ground cars the entire parking lot is littered with deep potholes that they again refuse to fix so you will be paying large amounts of money to fix your vehicle due to their lazy cheapness. I hope this review helps someone good luck out there everyone.

Had a friend just move there. It's been 5 days, the shower doesn't work. Toilet doesn't flush. Sink leaks. The front office lady has a disability and is unable to help anyone. I understand she hates her life but someone else could do a much better job.
