My wife was a resident here at Little Chute Health Services. The staff were friendly. They made me feel very welcome and would all call me by name, it was like a family. They showed honest care and compassion for my wife, and were very loving. A professional operation. The care that they gave the residents was great. The activity time was very valuable for my wife, and for all of the residents. The activity director did a wonderful job bringing in outside people, musicians, and religious services. And of course the refreshments and the treats were nice. They even offered me a meal when it was lunch time if I wanted one. When I would visit with my wife in the dining room, the staff knew I liked coffee and would always bring me a coffee and water too. I enjoyed taking her outside to enjoy the fresh air in the patio. Toward the end of her life, staff would always come and check on me to make sure I was doing okay and if I needed anything. They even brought a snack and coffee cart to her room for my sons and I while we were sitting with her.

I am very disappointed with the service we got. To be fair the 2 workers that caused this rating are now no longer at the company. 1 fired, 1 likely saw writing on the wall. My grandmother was in for at least 1 month longer than she needed to be due to really poor advice along the way. They billed us about 35% more than they should have, but to their credit adjusted the bill. It was difficult dealing with my Grandmothers short term illness while dealing with poor competence adding confusion and a much bigger bill. Another few highly questionable events happened that I just cannot recommend this place. Hopefully things turn around for others.

My wife's sister Debbie Rangle has been a resident there since Christmas eve 2024, We have visited many times along with other family members, She has Dementia in later stages but seems very comfortable there and all the nurses said Debbie is doing very good. She gets physical therapy weekly and recently even got her up walking. Her room is very comfortable and decorated with family pictures etc. It was an emergency with her husband that landed her there cause it was the only place available at the time, but the family is satisfied that it's the right place for Debbie.
