All of the staff at GVT are thoughtful, respectful, and so kind. I moved here 3 years ago & know this was the best decision. The condos are so well designed, the meal options are delicious, the Activities & Physical options are numerous. All is well here

GVT has much to offer, but there are four areas of concern.. First, the food menu rarely varies enough with potatoes filling over half side choices. Food is served with too many spices and especially sauces, and inconsistently cooked The desserts are small in portion and big on frosting.<br>Second, there are problems with maintaining the grounds and saving on water, with puddles everywhere but on the trees!<br>Third, the grand room is used for many events and needs repairs not placed as a priority in the budget.<br>Finally, supervisors do not help where and when needed. And, Kelly, for example, cannot be found and never on Fridays. Items from her office need honesty and review for errors.

This place is AWESOME. I moved my brother to Grandview in February 2026 and he loves it!! The exercises classes are great, the food is wonderful and the staff are all very friendly. Thank you so much to our sales person Lexi for her patience with all of our questions ~ she was the reason we chose Grandview. Highly recommend!

It is very expensive to buy into Grandview’s CLC. My loved one’s entire wealth went into buying into Grandview’s CLC, and she did so so that she would be able to have various levels of care as needed. But, apparently, what her more than $300,000 (in the first year alone) bought was the experience of being nickel and dimed by Grandview and not having her contract fulfilled without numerous interactions and reminders.<br><br>Here was our experience: after my relative planned her surgery and rehab for months, Grandview’s rehab tried repeatedly to discharge her and not fulfill her Grandview contract. They did not even check to see what her contract was; I had to repeatedly advocate for them to do so. Even after it was confirmed that her stay was covered, they tried to discharge her two days later. Simultaneously, they aggressively sold in-home health care services by Opulent Home Services, with which they have a financial relationship. This continued for days after I confirmed with Grandview rehab that her contract covered her stay after her medicare ended. Plus, they continued to aggressively sell Opulent Home Health services first, foremost, and continually, including after I very clearly said no twice. When it is time for in-home health care, it will not be with them: this aggressive selling to those most vulnerable is not a business practice that I will support.<br>Shame on Grandview! But mostly: shame on them for needing constant reminders and advocation in order for them to fulfill their contracts with residents. Future residents be aware that Grandview may not have your best interests at heart, and that you need to have a relative advocate for you in-person when you need escalating level of care.
