Called this morning and spoke with Nam, she was very professional and was able to answer all of my questions. I’m leaving this review because the other home care companies I called this morning weren’t nearly as Professional as Good Samaritan. I mean come on guys if the public is going to trust your company with their parents at least have some professionalism. A phone call is the starting point

I've found their housekeeping services to be somewhat unreliable. Sometimes the girls show up and sometimes they don't. For the most part the housekeepers are poorly trained and have to be reminded to do the most simple and basic tasks. They do not do a very good job in my opinion. These people would not last in a commercial type of cleaning job.I would not recommend their service.
