This place is a dump and it has the worst staff ever. There are a very few nurses and see it better decent but most of them are rude and lazy. The food is absolutely horrible. The patient throw away more food than they ever eat. And the floors are always dirty. All around my friend’s bed that lives there. It is so dirty. I’m gonna take my own broom and my floor steamer and and clean his room because they don’t seem to be able. It’s a very incompetent place. My Old and he cannot get out of bed at all and they don’t ever wanna do anything. I wouldn’t take my dog there. I wish he didn’t have to be there. My Friend deserves better treatment than this and bitter food. I’m always having to take him food because he’s so hungry because all day the food they brought him has been so horrible even his roommate throws away his food because it’s so horrible. Very disgusting place. I wouldn’t even give it a one star rating. Terrible place absolutely terrible.

My family owes the professionals and staff at Bettendorf Health Care all of our love and appreciation they deserve. My mother was admitted into their care 03/07/2024, and by all accounts of what she had been through with her diagnosis and her overall health, my mother was not doing well and I felt like I was losing her. Because of their efforts and support I now feel like I have my mother back. Even if she needs long term care in a nursing facility, I will forever believe that BHC made it possible for me to have a lucid conversation with my mother again, even if she does not remember everything. To be able to get her to take the treatments that give back her dignity and slow down her symptoms to a more manageable level means the world to not just the family but to my mom. Kimberly, Mandy, Jessica, Coral, Jen, and everyone else that had a role in my mother's care will not be forgotten. I never once worried about things like property being lost or stolen. And what's more, they found items that my mom lost due to her health condition and promptly returned them to the family. Everyone I met was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. The staff really made this horrible situation something much much better. Sincerely, thank you.

I thank God for Jesus and keeping me from my old self, cause that receptionist would have gotten the business from first class. She is not welcoming, she is not polite, and she does not enjoy her job. Last week when I came by the tall, black young man would be great in her position. I glad she didn't ruin my Saturday. 🤡

A community feel, much better then any of the other nursing home I’ve been to! The CNAS love the residents, most of the nurses are very compassionate. The rooms are big and clean. My mom passed away there and I was very pleased with the care she got, she also had Compasses hospice they advocated a lot for her great combination of services. My only complaint is my moms mail did not get delivered, cards of people saying goodbye did not arrive until the day after she passed and they were postmarked 2 weeks prior. I asked Brandy the admin to follow up with me about what happened 3 times and I finally gave up calling. BUT every place has its flaws so I forgive them for that. The residents are so friendly they like to sit outside this is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood I actually miss going there!

The staff seems to be friendly, but EVERYTIME I stop by to visit my family member, his room smells bad and it’s dirty. They either need more help or the help they have don’t know how to clean. I understand it’s not that great of a job, but it’s what you have chosen to do, so do it right. It’s actually sad because my loved one used to be very clean and now he can’t help hisself. I feel bad but only for my family member, but others as well.
