This facility is far from satisfactory and raises serious concerns about its continued operation. The staff is overworked and underappreciated, which is evident in the care they provide and the stress they exhibit during visits. The administration's performance is subpar, lacking a vital human resources presence. They treat staff poorly, and patients receive even worse treatment. It's advisable to steer clear of this facility, and ideally, it would be in the best interest of all if it ceased operations.

I had a family member there and I had to leave the staff there do not care about those people they are just there for a check they are rude , lazy and disrespectful. They are more worried about socializing then working and patient care. They need to shut this place down.

No Star! Still wonder how this place is STILL OPEN.. The worst place to send anybody u care about. Its more of a babysitter that doesn't care for anything but a paycheck. OWNER is sometimes in the building, just to say shes there and doesn't stand on any business for real.. Shame on Matteson Illinois for having a place like this in the community.

I was a short-term resident of this facility, and I have family members who have been residents there as well. My personal experience, as well as the experiences of my family members at this facility has been very positive. The facility's Administration has an open door policy and has been willing to listen to issues or concerns I had or my family members had, and then quickly addressed them. Staff members, from Nurses, to CNAs, to Housekeepers and Maintenance have been highly responsive and attentive, and the facility is kept very clean. The facility also has an excellent Physical and Occupational Therapy staff who really go out of their way to work with the residents who receive therapy. I would give this facility a 5-star rating except they need to improve the food menu, and improve the resident call-button response time.

Do not take your loved ones here. They are understaffed, overworked and most not all just don’t care about their patients. There is no bedside manner or empathy. It’s sad really. I am looking to move mine somewhere else. This place is so very disappointing.
