Some of the staff like the cnas and PT staff are wonderful and treated my mother kindly. Others like nurses and other staff (notably Pam and Kanesha) were so very rude, lazy and unkind to my mother and my family. Pam hung up in my face when confronted with her disrepectful behavior towards my mom. Just a very unprofessional, rude, uncouth individual. Kanesha refused to bring a bandaid for a wound that had not been checked in a week. She sat on her cell phone for 40 minutues. I am so glad that my mother will never have to step foot in this place again. We were told an exit interview would be conducted and that didnt happen. Some staff did record my mother and her experience without a word to me or my sister when my mother has some known confusion and one had her sign papers without informed consent and then threatened to send her back to the hospital bc she had no family- I, her FAMILY, toured the place and my sister, her FAMILY, was there nearly. every day. Awful people, awful place with a few bright spots (Dante, Harmony, John, etc)

Under a whole new staff, this place is phenomenal and I would recommend it to anyone. My mother was here 3-4 years ago and it was awful from the top of the staff to the bottom. 5 weeks ago, my mother suffered a stroke and I was looking for a rehab for her to go to. I had no interest in this place, but Allison, the administrator there called me and understood my problem with this place but assured me that it had changed for the better and to give them a second chance. My mom and I could have not been any happier with them. A few hiccups but Allison took care of it all. The staff was awesome and the OT, PT, and Speech therapy is top notch!! Thank you again Garden Court!!

What a wonderful staff and team! This facility made the transition from Hospital to home possible. Every single person that touched my dad during his stay, was 100% patient care driven and could not have been any nicer. Breath of fresh air seeing a team that smiles, and want to be there to help others when they are most vulnerable. JMM

I am a current patient here. First of all, I gave it 4 stars mainly because the facility is older and needs some updating. Second of all, the staff have been amazing. Several times they have gone above and beyond to help me. The administrative staff are just as amazing. The care, support and therapy I have received has been incredible. I would not hesitate to have one of my family members here because I've seen first hand the level of care and love that every staff member has day and night staffing. I am glad that I was able to be placed here and would come back without question. My family have no worries about me or the level of care that I'm receiving.

My husband is a patient currently and I have had very positive interactions with much of the staff. They were eager to answer any questions I had in the formal meeting that took place within 2 weeks of his arrival. I feel most of the staff from the top all the way to bottom are respectful and willing to address any other questions or concerns that arise. The only reason I didn't rate them higher is that almost all clothes, new underwear, socks and t-shirts were never returned to him even though they were properly marked with a permanent marker in large bold letters. I thought if another patient received them by accident that they would either wear them and they would go back to my husband after being laundered or the person who got them would tell them that they are not his. I do not recommend that you use their laundry services because you may end up buying more to replace the ones that you originally supplied. I don't understand how they could disappear from the facility. I take a container and do his laundry myself but I hope for the sake of what is right that the long lost laundry will UPDATE I have to say that the issue with my husband laundry issue has been quickly resolved. I am thankful and surprised how Garden Court worked to resolve it. I have been very impressed with the care and communication that my husband and i have experienced.
